The OPLFC-A-600 is a panel mounting 4.5" (114 mm) Pressure Swichgage®, with a range of 0-600 psi (0-4.14 MPa) [0-40 bar]. This instrument is a combination pressure indicating gage with an adjustable low and high limit switch. The limit switch can be wired directly to electric pilot circuits to operate alarms and/or shutdown engines and electric motors. The limit switch is accessible from the front of the gage and the contacts have a self-cleaning motion to enhance electrical continuity.
Inside the OPLFC-A-600, pointer closure against either of the adjustable contacts completes the pilot-duty circuit. This panel mount model does not have the low limit contact lockout. The lockout must be done externally through the control circuit or with the optional "SA" lockout. It is typically used in control panels for compressors and pumps. Contact lead termination is by pigtail wires.
The OPLFC-A-600 has a weatherproof die cast aluminum case, a clear polycarbonate lens, a 1/4 NPT process connection, a grade A phosphor bronze bourdon tube (brass tip/silver brazed) and a brass socket.
