The 00-00-2900 Tachometer is a 4000 RPM, 24 VDC alternator driven tachometer, handling 6-21 pulses per engine revolution. This instrument is designed to function from pulses generated by an alternator with 4, 8, 12, 14, or 16 poles on the rotor.
This model is for negative ground, positive ground or isolated electrical systems and is protected against improper polarity hookup.
There is only one of these left in the toolbox. It's currently a close-out item, brand new in the box with instructions (see pdf below).
