The PowerView™ System comprises the PowerView™ PV101-A display and the PowerView™ Analog Gages. The PowerView™ PV101-A display is a multifunction tool that enables equipment operators to view many different engine or transmission parameters and service codes. PowerView™ Analog Gages communicate with the PowerView™ via a single RS485 twisted pair MODBUS® RTU serial link. The system provides a window into modern electronic engines and transmissions. MurCal offers a selection of harnesses that connect the PV101-A display to the PVA gages.
The CANdrive™ acts as an interface between ECU CANbus/J1939 transmitted data and standard electric indicating gages. CANdrive™ is packaged in a compact, surface mounted case with epoxy encapsulation for maximum durability and environmental sealing, and has dedicated outputs for a tachometer, oil pressure and coolant temperature electric gages.
The M110 and M310 panels use the PowerView™ system to electronically control engines using the J1939 protocol. This basic panel contains a key switch, an increment/decrement throttle and the PowerView™. Standard harnesses are available to fit the ECU's for most major engine manufacturers. |
