This iGuard™ Digital Generator Set Controller has custom software that has been specifically configured for Terex gensets. Terex quit building gensets and have discontinued selling replacement parts. Terex dealers and customers looking for a replacement iGuard controller should consider using this model as a replacement. It contains the software configuration specific to Terex gensets and is now available through MurCal. Terex formerly stocked this model as part # 261305. It is designed from the ground up to work with modern electronic engines, accepting the J1939 protocol. The iGuard™ also works with non-electronic engines, and has ample inputs and outputs, as required to meet NFPA-110 and NFPA-99. The iGuard™ controller can be used for all gen-set applications: single-phase or three-phase, and 12 or 24 volt. Engine speed can be read from a magnetic pickup, J1939 data bus. The controller also includes both RS232 and RS485 ports for easy connection to a computer or communication devices. Because the micro-processor is flash-based, the controller can be easily re-programmed or updated using a PC in the field. 24 - Digital Inputs 8 - Analog Inputs (one is dedicated for battery) Inputs for up to three phases and neutral of AC voltage.
