The heated exhaust gas oxygen sensor is a Zirconia-type sensor used in conjunction with the MEC-R to calculate the excess exhaust oxygen concentration in gas fired engine applications. The sensor incorporates an integrated electric heating element inside the thimble of the sensor. The heating of the thimble increases the stability of the sensor's sensitivity to its optimum operating temperature of 990 degrees Fahrenheit. AMBIENT TEMPERATURE MAX RATING: 250 Deg F.
