| Diesel Fuel Shutoff Valves

The SV-Series Diesel Fuel Shutoff Valves for 12 and 24 volt systems feature a 1/4 NPT inlet and outlet, and either a standard 3/16" (5 mm) orifice, or an optional 1/4 inch (6 mm) orifice. The SV-high pressure valves open against greater diesel fuel transfer pump pressure.
The SV-Series valves are normally closed valves that open when current is supplied from the battery through a magnetic switch. Temperature, Level, or Pressure Swichgage® instruments installed on the engine and pump or compressor trip the magnetic switch, breaking the circuit from the battery, which closes the valve and stops the engine. |
