The CKV-0125 Diesel Fuel Check Valve is an in-line, one-way valve that prevents fuel from being siphoned back into an injector or injection pump which could delay a shutdown. In engine shutdown systems using a Murphy SV valve, the CKV is necessary to ensure a rapid shutdown of the engine by fuel starvation of the injection system.
The CKV-0125 has 1/4" (6 mm) poly tube flareless connections on each end for connecting to fuel line tubing. The valve has a solid brass body, buna seal and a stainless steel spring. Opening pressure is 0.3 psi (2 kPa). Fully opened pressure is rated at 16 psi (110 kPa). Static pressure is 150 psi (1.03 MPa). The valve measures 2" in length.
